The classes will include a Stand Up Paddling lesson by Becky Harger, ACA Certified Stand Up Paddle Instructor and owner of "Water Warrior". Inner Voyage is a journey for the whole self on stand up paddleboards. The mind is made tranquil and alert by water, while the body is energized by paddling.
Boards, paddles and water will be provided.

All classes are held with sunset in mind. Classes were held every other Tuesday during the summer but will be scheduled as interest dictates during the Fall season. Call to discuss possible dates and times.
